What do people think of Celoxis before we make the switch?

We’re looking at moving from Monday.com to Celoxis to manage tasks and milestones for a new project at work.

Our team is small, and the project will wrap up in a year, so we don’t need a lot of extra features. Has anyone here used Celoxis before? I’d love to hear your thoughts and reviews.

This forum is all about asking questions and getting answers. If you want advice on starting or growing your business, you’re in the right place. Make sure your posts follow the guidelines, or they might be removed. If you’re not sure, you can always reach out to the moderators for help.

Their support team responds really fast if you run into any issues. That’s definitely a big plus when trying out new tools.

For team collaboration, it works great. If you have clear deadlines, you can easily assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress. It’s also convenient to communicate about specific tasks without having to jump between different apps.

Celoxis is much cheaper than Monday.com, and honestly, you get a lot for what you pay. It handles everything you need, like project tracking, time management, and basic reporting, all in one place. Since your team doesn’t need extra features, it’s a solid choice without breaking the bank.

If deadlines matter to you, Celoxis does a great job of keeping everything on track. You can set task durations and automated reminders.

That’s great to hear! Good customer support usually means the company is well run. It’s always a relief when you don’t have to wait forever for help or have unresolved problems. I’m sure you’ll have a positive experience with Celoxis—it’s a great choice for your project management needs.

Celoxis is simple enough for small projects. I think it would also handle larger projects just fine. If your project grows, you can scale up by adding more users, customizing workflows, and managing multiple projects without too much trouble.

One thing I noticed is that Celoxis doesn’t integrate with as many other tools as Monday.com does. If you’re using a lot of different apps for communication, file sharing, or time tracking, it can mean more manual work for you.

But if you’re not relying on too many integrations, then it might not be an issue.

The reporting features are pretty basic. If you need detailed analytics or customizable reports, you might be disappointed. It works fine for tracking tasks and deadlines, but that’s about it.

Let’s be honest—Celoxis isn’t the prettiest tool out there. If you care about having a slick, visually appealing interface, it might not be the one for you. It’s functional, but it’s not the most enjoyable to look at every day.

If you’re thinking about switching from Monday to Celoxis, you’ll probably like how it balances being simple and scalable. For a small team, it’s easy to use with a clear view of tasks, timelines, and milestones. You’ll save time with features like custom KPIs, real-time visibility, and flexible reporting. Their 24x5 support is another bonus. Celoxis is a solid choice for both small projects and bigger ones as you grow.
