Thoughts on using Tailor Brands to create an LLC?

Hi there, pals I created an LLC with Tailor Brands, but they have not been very helpful or helpful at all. I have already paid them over $1500, and I still have to do everything by myself. Even though I provided my EIN for free, they charged $99 to obtain it. They won’t budge when I try to get a refund. Does anyone else have a comparable story?

Businesses such as those prey on those who attempt to cut corners when it comes to legal forms. When I worked for a different accounting company with solicitors on staff that also provided legal services, I can’t even begin to count the number of times we had to fix forms created on websites like Tailor Brands—Legal Zoom, to be exact. I strongly advise you to choose a trustworthy and reasonably priced lawyer in your neighborhood to create your LLC. I’m hoping you can receive your money back.

This was beneficial to me. I have no prior experience starting new companies. Glad this information is available. I was going to throw this against the wall to see if it would stick. escaped a bullet.

Companies such as that are usually worthless because all it takes to file for a standard LLC is filling out a one to two-page form with basic information (name, address, etc.) and paying the required cost. Their success stems from the fact that most people don’t take ten minutes to research the requirements for forming an LLC.

Taylor Brands do offer great business plans but they are mainly expensive. Also their websites are often difficult to navigate as you have to go to the Help Centre before doing almost anything
