I’ve always heard of Legal Zoom when I want to register an LLC, but someone recently suggested Swyft Filings, which I’ve never heard of.

I’ve never used either, though. Forming an LLC is fairly easy and costs less than $100, depending on the state. Merely my two cents
My experience with LegalZoom was really straightforward.
Upon telling my accountant about it, he offered to have completed the task for a mere $100. I paid a lot more than that, of course.
Check the fees that your accountant, if you have one, would charge. It could be less expensive than an online choice.
Although I haven’t utilized them, I have previously used IncFile. Just make sure you fulfill all state standards with extreme caution. IncFile claimed to have done so for my state, but I later learned that they had not. A year after registering using IncFile, I lost about ten hours since I had to supply tax paperwork and file correctly with my state. Both time and money were wasted. I’ll just use an attorney to file new LLCs in the future.
