Earlier this year, I started a home gym and sauna business. Despite some initial skepticism on Reddit, we’ve been quite successful! However, as I’m still new to the business world, I could use some advice.
We’re currently generating about 10 leads per week, with approximately 3 of those being serious candidates. Our service is on the higher end price-wise, which might be causing some hesitancy. These serious leads often take a long time to commit, remain indecisive, or sometimes ghost us altogether.
Our advertising is effective—we’re spending a modest £15 per day on Meta ads—but I want to improve our bottom-of-the-funnel process. We offer site visits and 3D designs, but I feel there’s more we can do to convert these leads into customers, without coming across as too sales-y.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? How can we enhance our process at the bottom of the funnel to convert more serious leads? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
I can relate to your situation, having faced similar challenges in my own business. To improve lead conversion for your home gym and sauna business, consider developing a consistent and personalized follow-up process to keep leads engaged, sharing testimonials and case studies from satisfied customers to build trust, and introducing limited-time offers to create urgency. Offering educational content like blog posts or videos on the benefits of home gyms and saunas can also position you as an expert while seeking feedback from lost leads can provide valuable insights to refine your approach.
