ReadySpaces as opposed to Conventional Warehousing

My brother and I run a small business selling heavy equipment attachments for skid steers and excavators: https://attachmentco.com/

We’ve been growing steadily over the past few years while working part-time on this venture. Currently, we use a fulfillment warehouse for shipping, which makes financial sense for now.

As we plan to go full-time, we’re considering managing our own warehouse. Although this would initially be more expensive due to our small inventory, it offers many benefits. We could showcase products to local customers, have a showroom, closely track inventory, test new products, and possibly start our own product line.

While browsing online for commercial spaces, I found readyspaces.com. They offer flexible spaces with loading equipment, office space, and other amenities included in the rent. This seems like a good option since we wouldn’t need to rent or buy additional equipment. Does anyone have experience with these kinds of spaces? Are there any drawbacks? It looks ideal for our first space.

Although they’re not everywhere, WareSpace is worth checking out. It’s a lot like Ready Space, only everything is totally included in the fee; you receive internet, warehousing equipment, and round-the-clock access. Although it looks like it could work for you, you should always check the local reviews first.
