It seems like you are attempting to sell these phones in the United States. If you can’t sell these phones through the most well-known sales channels, why would anyone want them? Since there is almost no market for these phones, you would have to sell them on the black market.
You may not be aware of them, but the US also sells extremely affordable Android phones.
