I own a modest company that wants to grow and create its own apparel brand. I am seeking for suggestions for reasonably priced, high-quality producers. Any recommendations?
Depending on your definition of affordable, yes. If you define outsourcing as “cheap,” then the only thing you’ll get out of it is items that break easily and damage the reputation of “Made in…” You’ll have access to resources and suppliers that can make long-lasting, aesthetically pleasing items if you describe it as excellent value for the quality offered.
Many first-time product owners believe that cutting their production expenses to the absolute minimum will allow them to maximize their margins and win the outsourcing game. This only makes room for uninspired suppliers, “quality fade” over time, a general lack of quality control, and generally subpar service on the provider. They won’t go above and above to assist in the event that a shipment is delayed.
We always push our clients to produce better goods that are worthy of a greater price because of their superior quality. In this manner, you may keep your margins intact without sacrificing the quality of the building or the material. As higher order volumes are placed, production costs automatically decrease if the product is selling successfully.
Many of our suppliers—from raw materials to textiles to fabrication—work with numerous well-known brands and mostly concentrate on mid- to upper-end production, which is where we believe the majority of the value lies.
