I’ve been working on generating more sales for my small MSP (managed IT services) with a focus on cybersecurity. I participate in various groups and chambers and have been slowly building my client base, but progress has been slow. Recently, I spoke with someone who secured strong leads from a convention where they were a booth sponsor. They mentioned it was too early to determine if it was a good investment, but their total expenses for the two-day conference were around $5,000.
My question is: has anyone tried attending conferences as booth sponsors, and how has it worked out for you?
I’m looking for better ways to get in front of potential clients. Any advice or other ideas would be greatly appreciated!
