Who wants to partner up for an IT business?

Hi everyone…
I’ve been brainstorming with a friend about starting an IT company to provide outsourcing services for companies in the U.S. or Europe (Germany, UK, etc.).

We both come from an IT background, dabbling in QA, some programming, and mostly project management. We’ve worked on big, complex projects and have a network of talented people who can assist with pretty much any IT-related work—from cybersecurity to creating advanced e-commerce platforms.

The catch? We’re not great at sales. Does anyone have advice on finding a company or person willing to partner up and handle the sales side of things?

I know this idea isn’t groundbreaking, but it’s what we’re working with, and we’ve got to give it a shot.
For context, we’re based in Europe (Balkans/Serbia).
