Hey everyone,
We run a small family landscaping business, and we’re trying to improve how we handle customer service. Right now, we use Dialpad for calls and texts, but we need a solution that can manage emails, calls, texts, social media, and maybe live chat all in one spot.
We’ve checked out Intercom, but it doesn’t allow calls and texts from the same number, which could confuse our customers. Zendesk was another option, but we’re worried it might feel too impersonal because of all the AI involved. It seems more suited for SaaS businesses than for us.
Does anyone have suggestions for software that could bring all these communication channels—calls, texts, emails, social media, and live chat—together in one easy-to-use app? We need something that still feels personal and is simple for us to use. Appreciate any help!

Hmm… the best way to bring everything together is probably using a single service for outreach and communication. Textla could be affordable and give you a new phone number if needed. For social media management, try Hootsuite or BuzzSumo. Hope that helps!
Tawk.to is a solid choice for live chat, and the free version supports AI responses. For calls and texts, check out RingCentral. As for emails, your Hostinger service probably offers free email options that can sync with your phone or PC. Unfortunately, finding one app that does it all is tricky. You could consider custom software, but there aren’t many pre-built solutions that would meet all your needs.
