What’s the best way to send mass texts to customers?

I’m looking to cut down on marketing costs for my business (CRM, email tools, etc.), and one area I’m considering switching up is our texting service.

I need a texting platform that’s good for following up with leads, reminding people about deadlines, and updating them about program changes. Right now, we’re using a service that charges a subscription fee plus extra for every SMS. It’s adding up fast.

Any suggestions on services you’ve used and liked?

I recommend Textla. It’s super simple and works on a pay-as-you-go model. I switched to it last year and have been happy with the savings.

By the way, are you in insurance? Your needs sound like something from that field.

Thanks for the tip! And yes, insurance is one of the areas we’re working in.

Textla is my go-to. It’s straightforward and affordable.

Honestly, mass texting is just annoying for customers. If a business sends me texts I didn’t sign up for, I block them immediately.

Instead of trying to save money on this, maybe think about making your service or product better so people come to you without needing reminders.

I agree with NOJ. Random texts are super irritating, especially when I’m expecting something important. Businesses should think twice about using them.

If you want something big and established, try ActiveCampaign. If you’re after something affordable, Textla is a solid pick.

I’ve used Textedly, EZ Texting, and Textla. Pretty much anything with ‘text’ in the name works well.

Check out Klayvio. It’s great for both email and texting. It handles automation really well and works for both marketing and transactional messages.

Textedly is reliable and easy to set up.

Just commenting here so I can find this thread later. Lots of good info!

Haha, I do the same thing sometimes!

Are you sure you’re looking for the right size solution? Sounds like you might need something built for bigger businesses.

I set up Trumpia for my girlfriend’s business, and she loves it.
