Is there anyone here with expertise buying out a cleaning company? How much did you pay for it, I wonder? And did you base the price on SDE, repeat business, earnings, or a mix of these factors?
I did buy a small cleaning business a couple of years ago, I focused on their repeat clients and SDE. I ended up paying a bit more because they had a solid customer base with consistent earnings. It was a good investment, and having that loyal clientele made the transition smoother.
Ok what if it was a recurring client or a long term contract.? Because those do have value and if I keep the same standards they would continue to book with us. How are u able to get so many customers in 2 months.?
