We run a very high-volume coffee shop 
and currently use Talech for our operations. Our gift and loyalty cards are managed through Evalon

. While we like Talech, our card program is insufficient. Cards often won’t swipe, and half the time, they don’t work at all 
. Our loyalty cards are linked to customers’ phone numbers 
, and if they lose their card, we can’t transfer their information to a new one, despite being told we should be able to. Gift cards also have swiping issues, which were supposed to be fixed. We’ve addressed this with both companies MANY times, but the problem persists. We want a program that can inform customers of their points towards a free item without using punch stamps for loyalty
