Place LA. April is when the lease expires. A developing online store seeking to grow. Rent a larger warehouse space from Cube work or your present landlord?

We need more space as our current location (< 5,000 sqft) is very congested, making access for large trucks difficult. Receiving 40’ container shipments requires coordinating with neighbors to clear space for truck turns.

Pros of staying with the current landlord:

  • Can renew the lease and move into a larger unit with a seamless transition.
  • Moving within the same complex simplifies the physical move.

Cons:

  • Complex is not designed for large truck deliveries.

I’m considering Cube work or similar co-sharing warehouses, which offer easy expansion and better truck access with docks. We’re planning to grow and seek feedback on this option.
