Looking for a selfhosted time tracking software for small business around 10 employees

Hello, I’m seeking for a time tracking program right now for my firm, which employs about ten people.

As of right now, each employee has their own Excel spreadsheet with monthly tables and daily entries (start, end, break time, and monthly total (calculated)).

I’m searching for a web-based program that allows users to measure their work hours on a daily basis and manages vacation time. It should not be project-based.

Is there a tool for it, someone? Additionally, it would be great if it could be hosted on shared hosting (PHP) and was free.

Check out Dahua SPSS AC, you can even buy their time terminal or just standalone card reader to automate everything
