I run a small business that produces shelf-stable foods. We currently store all of our inventory in our culinary facility, but we will soon outgrow it. In addition to managing fulfillment, receiving some of our larger orders (on pallets), and potentially housing our offices, I would love to find another site for us to use for storing our finished goods.
We are clearly too small to need our own warehouse, and from what I’ve been able to uncover, it appears to be difficult to obtain what I need. Is it difficult in general, or should I search for anything specific (important words, etc.)? I would be grateful for any guidance on how to approach this.
