Hi everyone,
I’m facing a bit of a conundrum with my business. Over the past year, we’ve seen significant growth in terms of sales and customer base. However, despite the increase in revenue, our profits have been shrinking.
I’m struggling to pinpoint why this is happening. Here are a few things I’ve noticed:
- Increased operational costs
- Rising material or product costs
- Potential inefficiencies in our processes
I’ve been reviewing our expenses and looking at ways to cut costs, but I’m wondering if there are other factors I might be overlooking.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? What steps did you take to address it? Any insights on managing growth while maintaining or improving profitability would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for your help
